2. Hosting

This website is hosted via Railway. For technical operation and security, connection data such as IP address, date/time, and requested resources may be processed.

3. Authentication (Patreon OAuth)

Authentication is handled via Patreon OAuth. During this process, I receive limited account data (such as user ID and membership status) from Patreon to verify access to subscription-based features.

4. Cookies and sessions

This website uses technically necessary cookies for authentication and session management. These cookies are required for the operation of the service and are not used for tracking or advertising.

Only technically necessary and functional cookies are used. These cookies are necessary to provide secure login, access control, and session handling. Therefore, no prior cookie consent is required for these cookies.

5. Logs and security

To ensure secure operation, prevent abuse, and manage service usage, I process limited technical data, including:

  • IP address
  • Timestamp of requests and actions
  • User identifier (derived from Patreon authentication)
  • Usage activity related to template and overlay generation
  • Saved user library data, including character presets and overlay presets
  • Internal analytics views based on the above operational data

This data is used solely for security, abuse prevention, support, product operation, and understanding feature usage. It is not used for advertising, sold to third parties, or used for unrelated profiling.

7. Data retention

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law.

Log data is generally retained for a limited period and deleted when no longer necessary for security or operational purposes.

8. Recipients

Data may be processed by technical service providers necessary for operation, such as hosting and authentication providers.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and receive your data, as well as the right to object to processing under applicable law.

10. Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence or in Germany.

11. Support Requests

If you contact us via a support or bug report form, the data you provide (e.g. email address, message content, technical context such as browser or usage data) will be processed for the purpose of handling your request.

The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

Your data will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for processing (e.g. form providers).

Data will be deleted once the request has been fully resolved, unless legal retention obligations apply.

12. Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated where necessary due to legal or technical changes.
